Our heavy duty, steel frame, adjustable height, industrial workbenches offer electric or manual, on demand height adjustment to fit different workers on a shared workstation or the same worker for different tasks, positioning the load properly depending on the item or task at hand. Also, heavy items can be loaded low and lifted to a comfortable and ergonomic working position. Optional casters are available for easily moving the work table around.

Table Lifting & Lowering Options

On demand height adjustment is different than standard adjustable height work tables in that it's intended to be used regularly. Some adjustable height tables allow you to customize the height of the table and lock it into place, where our tables have hydraulic lifting cylinders in each leg of the table that allow the user to adjust the height easily without unloading the table or risking further injury while changing the height of the table. The same table can easily be positioned ergonomically for any user and any task at any time. Even allows worker to sit or stand while performing tasks. We use quality parts and our hyrdraulics will out last any of our competitors.

Workbench / Table Frame

Frame of work bench varies based on overall size of table, frame will measures 2 inches less in both directions than table top dimensions, is constructed of steel, powder coated for extra durability and is painted Safety Yellow standard. Satin Black available upon request at no cost. Many custom colors, all stainless steel, wood or aluminum frames are also available by special order.

This is one example of a custom adjustable height work table we recently built. It is used in a saw shop where workers need to adjust the height of the table depending on the task at hand. The table contains two pull out tool drawers that have flip up lids. This design keeps tool drawers free of filings and provides additional working surface when drawers are pulled out.

Work Bench Weight Capacity

The amount of weight a work bench can hold will depend on it's design, size and where the load will be positioned.

The standard load capacity for our working tables is 200 lbs per leg, for a total of 800 lbs if load is positioned in the center of the table. Table can hold 400 lbs if load is positioned on one end and 600 lbs if load is positioned at the 1/3 to 2/3 position on the work surface.
